I joined RemotePass because of my personal experience in trying to build localized payroll solutions in South Africa, where I saw first-hand the challenges businesses face in managing global teams. What does a typical day look like for you as the UAE Country Manager and Sales Manager?
As the UAE Country Manager and Sales Manager, a typical day is a mix of activities that keep me connected to the team and market. My day usually starts with team sales calls, where we align on goals, share strategies, and work together to stay motivated. A large part of my day is spent prospecting new opportunities, whether that’s through direct outreach, networking events, or reviewing data to understand market trends.
I also dedicate time to demo calls with potential clients, where I showcase the value of RemotePass and help close new accounts. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline is crucial, so I constantly assess our progress and adjust strategies to stay on track. Throughout the day, I keep an eye on the market to stay ahead of competitors and ensure we’re meeting the evolving needs of our clients.
Networking is also a key part of my role. I attend events and connect with other leaders in the industry, which helps us foster new partnerships and stay connected to the wider business ecosystem.

Cross-departmental alignment is actively encouraged, and I’ve seen firsthand how marketing and sales work together seamlessly toward a common goal. This collaboration allows us to stay aligned on strategy, messaging, and targeting, which ultimately leads to greater success for both the team and the company as a whole.
What’s a little-known fact about yourself that your colleagues might find surprising?
A little-known fact about me is that on challenging days, I actually turn to Josh Groban and classical music to help me focus and relax. It’s a bit of a surprise to most people who know me for my fast-paced work style, but I find that music like that really helps me reset and recharge, especially when the day gets tough.
