Native integrations are pre-built, plug-and-play connections with specific tools with no dev work required. The API is for building custom connections to any system, including tools not in our integrations library, or for creating workflows tailored to your specific business processes.
For REST API and webhook integrations, yes, you'll need dev resources. If you don't have dev resources, Zapier is a no-code alternative that lets you connect RemotePass to other tools without writing any code.
RemotePass supports OAuth1, OAuth2, and Basic authentication.
Can I sync data in real time? Yes. Webhooks push data in real time when an event occurs, for example a new hire, a termination or a leave approval. Alternatively, you can use scheduled API pulls to sync data at regular intervals, such as once daily.
API documentation is publicly available. Once you've set up your API credentials in your RemotePass account, you'll have everything you need to start building.
RemotePass provides documentation and API credentials. For implementation support, you can work with your own dev team, an agency or external developer, or use Zapier for no-code automation.
