What’s G2 and How Are Their Reports Created?
G2 is a peer-to-peer software review platform, which aims to “democratize software” by helping purchasers to discover, review, and manage their digital tools.
G2 Reports are created using aggregated data points from verified user reviews to provide a unique, focused score for evaluating a single factor in the software purchase process.
G2 Reports are therefore created using customer satisfaction scores, which are determined by user reviews, among other factors, which translates to the following:
- Products shown in a Report have received a minimum of 10 reviews/ratings in data gathered by June 7th, 2023. Products are ranked by customer satisfaction (based on user reviews) and market presence (based on market share, seller size, and social impact).
- Relationship and support: These scores highlight some of the factors which contribute to a product's overall Relationship score. Ease of doing business with, quality of support, and likelihood to recommend.
